Tim is an experienced Realtor with 32 years of valuable experience. His carer began in 1992 after serving as a Cryptologic Technical (CTT) in the U.S. Navy during Desert Storm (1988-1992). With a top secret clearance, Tim was responsible for direct reporting of time critical data to the naval fleet. After 4 years in the U.S. Navy he embarked on a a real estate career.  

He has owned and operated Straub & Associates since 2003.

Denise is a locally grown mother of two daughters, one dog, one cat, and too many chickens! She loves gardens, canning, cooking, sunshine and fresh air, movies and porch sitting. With a strong sense of family and tradition, Denise brings enthusiasm and tenacity to the home buying process. She is dedicated to finding homes for buyers and sellers. As a member of Straub and Associates, Denise combines her interest in growing opportunities with the strength of the Straub and Associates team to help every client achieve the best possible version of their dream.

Born and raised in South Central Pennsylvania.  Jack brings a strong business sense to every deal.  He enjoys helping his clients with their real estate needs from first time buyers to investors. Jack continues to grow his expertise by taking a variety of real estate classes.  

Born and raised in the South Central Pennsylvania area, Nick brings his knowledge of the area and business sense to the table.  Helping his clients  buy or sell their dream home is his top priority.

Erich  has 20 years experience in commercial and residential real estate sales. management, and investment properties.  Erich's extensive knowledge and experience combined are beneficial to all his clients.

Mary Ellen Keefauver previously worked in commercial real estate development and property management for 20 combined years which included staging new apartments for corporate housing clients. Additionally, Mary restored, subdivided and built properties in residential real estate. She acquired her real estate license in 2013 and continues her endeavor in residential real estate sales.

Kentucky born and raised 8 years. Tanks in the marine corps. Local volunteer fire fighter. Bourbon fan. Firm believer that every single person deserves a place to call home and I love helping them find that place!

Amir moved from New York To Pennsylvania in 2017 with a dream to pursue a career in the real estate industry.  Amir is bilingual speaking English and Arabic.  He is married and has 3 children.
